We Believe:
- The Bible is God's inspired and inerrant Word, the ultimate authority for all we believe, teach, and do.
- God the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit are the one true God, and yet they eternally exist in three distinct persons.
- All of creation, including humanity, is created by God but has fallen into sin, separating us from Him and leaving us unable to save ourselves.
- Jesus Christ, fully God and fully human, lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, and truly rose again, conquering death and Satan and offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who believe in Him.
- We believe that at this very moment Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the Father from where He will return to raise the day and bring upon a New Creation, without sin, death, and evil.
- Salvation is a free gift of God's grace, received through faith (a gift of the Holy Spirit) in Jesus Christ alone, apart from any human works. You can't earn or choose your way to Salvation!
- The Holy Spirit works through the Word and Sacraments (Baptism, Holy Communion and Absolution) to create and strengthen our faith.
- The Church is the body of believers who gather around His Word and Sacraments rightly taught and administered.
- We are committed to the historic confessions of the Lutheran Church (Book of Concord), which faithfully articulate the teachings of Scripture.
We invite you to join us as we live out this faith together, growing in God's grace and sharing His love with our community.
