When Giving there are two truths to consider:

1) Ministry costs money

2) God has given to us in abundance

At the crux of these two truths we see the reality of Giving to the church this side of heaven. Ministry does indeed cost and yet why are able to give? Simply, because our Lord in His generosity has given us more than we could ever imagine. Giving is more than just financially, God has given you talent, time, abilities, passions, skills that you can also use to serve God's Kingdom.
